Hey everyone,

I'm Matteo. I study Cybersecurity at Sapienza University in Rome, Italy. I'm coming to NTNU in Trondheim for an exchange semester from August to December for the autumn/winter semester.

I'm a friendly guy, though I can be a bit shy when I first meet people. Generally, I'm calm, tidy, and I take my studies seriously. I've been living on my own for the past four years, so I'm used to keeping things in order.

In my free time, I'm into PC gaming and spend a fair bit of time on my computer. I play the sax and piano (though I won't be bringing them with me), and I enjoy learning new instruments. I like going out in the evenings, usually just to hang out and talk. I don't smoke.

When it comes to flatmates and the living situation, I'm pretty adaptable. I like making new friends and can be social, but I also value my own space and I'm fine doing my own thing. I'm open to living with people who are similar to me or different – I think you can learn a lot either way.

My main goals for Erasmus are to experience living in a new country, see how things work in Norway, explore a bit, travel, and meet people from different backgrounds. I'm curious to see the cultural differences between Italy and Norway.

I'm currently looking for accommodation. I'm open to a private room in a shared apartment, or a studio/small apartment for myself. If you have a place that might be a good fit, or know of any leads, please let me know.
