I hope this message finds you well. My name is
Dr. Hossein Ghannad Saravi, and I am writing to express my keen interest in renting your property.
I am a Medical Doctor, and my wife is an Environmental Engineer. We are a responsible and professional family with two well-mannered and academically dedicated sons, aged 16 and 7.
We take great pride in maintaining a clean and well-kept home. We do NOT "smoke, consume alcohol, or own pets", ensuring that the property remains in excellent condition. Cleanliness and hygiene are of utmost importance to us, and we always treat our living space with care and respect.
We would love the opportunity to rent your property starting "May 20", for a minimum period of one year or as per your preference. We are fully aware of and committed to adhering to Norwegian tenancy laws, including timely rent payments, property maintenance, and respectful communication with the landlord.
