Hi! I'm Joanne, a 22-year old student from the Netherlands, I will be starting at Hogskulen i Volda in the autumn semester to study Norwegian. It's been a dream of mine to live in Norway, and after 6 months of traveling through Norway and working here, I decided it's time to move here for a longer time and start a life here. I love being outside in nature, going on hikes, ski trips, surfing, kayaking, fishing and I like to cook. I'm a very calm and quiet person, not a party person looking for a quiet place to live. I will be living here alone about half of the time, the rest of the time together with my boyfriend, he works in the offshore industry and will be at sea half of the time. We are really looking forward to living in Norway!
