My wife and I have been living together for 10 years, 3 of which in a rented apartment and 7 in our own apartment. We are both introverts, we like to travel, we don't mind good coffee and we have an elderly cat. I like to immerse myself in my digital world, sometimes in the form of computer games, sometimes in the form of hobby projects. My wife likes to read and use her creative energies.
And what we have in common:
We are reliable and punctual: We always pay the rent on time and have a stable financial background.
We take good care of our home: We put a lot of emphasis on cleanliness and maintaining order, also for the well-being of our cat, so the condition of the property is definitely preserved.
We plan for the long term: We are looking for a home where we can settle down for a long time.
We lead a quiet and peaceful lifestyle: We do not smoke, do not hold noisy events, and we respect the peace of our neighbors.
It is important to us that the rental is smooth and problem-free for both parties, which is why we always strive to maintain a good relationship with the owner.

The ideal apartmen we would like to rent is not bigger than 80 sqm and have at least 2 separate rooms (bedroom and living room also counts, we just need our own space in the apartment). It is preferably in Oslo, but if not, then the train should be a maximum 15 minute walk away.
