Hei! I am a 24 year old mechanical engineer. I have accepted a PhD candidate position with NTNU Department of Marine Technology. My contract is for 3 years with a possible extension to 4, and I have a maximum budget around 17500kr, which is flexible for the right place. I am looking for a long-term rental in Trondheim, preferably in/around Moholt or Dragvoll, but open to apartments on the east side of the river.
I am looking for an unfurnished apartment for myself and my wife, who is 24 and an occupational therapist. We do not smoke, and are neat and quiet professionals. We have a cat, Theo, who is quiet and well behaved. We are strictly non-smokers and do not party - we much prefer cooking and quiet nights in! I am looking to move in at the end of may or first week of June at the latest.
