Hello,
My name is Hamid, and I am a student at NTNU. I am in the final stretch of my studies, with
just my thesis left to submit this summer. I am a calm, friendly, and approachable person who doesn’t plan weekly parties. However, if my housemates host occasional gatherings within the house rules, I would not only be okay with it but would also happily join in!
In my previous residence at Moholt (2022–2024), I managed the weekly cleaning schedule and genuinely enjoyed keeping my living space neat and tidy. Cleanliness is something I value in my home.
My days are balanced between working part-time and focusing on
my studies. I am cheerful, welcoming, and enjoy connecting with people. I’ve maintained a wonderful relationship with my previous housemates in Trondheim over the past two years.
At work, I also share great rapport with my colleagues, and they’ve always been kind and supportive.
If needed, I am happy to provide references from my previous landlord, my manager at the, or my former housemates.
Here are a few things that are important to me when choosing a new home:
1- Balanced Atmosphere: I prefer living with a mix of genders rather than all male or all-female housemates. A diverse group creates a more comfortable and moderate environment.
2- Weekend Fun: I’m okay with alcohol and parties, but I would appreciate it if these are limited to weekends only.
3- Cleanliness Rules: Having clear cleaning rules in the house is essential to me, as I value a tidy living space.
4- Bathroom Preference: A private bathroom would be ideal. However, if everyone is tidy and maintains hygiene, I am fine with sharing.
5- Like-Minded Housemates: I’d prefer housemates who are students or
professionals, ideally in their 20s or 30s. I’d like to avoid living with teenagers or
individuals over 40 to ensure a shared lifestyle.
