Hei. My partner and I will be coming this winter to work at the Villmarkssenter.

We are looking for a furnished house, flat, studio or large furnished room, from early November to end of April, ideally with access to a parking spot.

We are looking for around 10-12,000 NOK/month but open to more for the right place. Also open to team up with other prospective tenants to rent a bigger place.

Kvaløysletta would be the perfect area for us, as well as Kaldfjord and Eidkjosen. Other areas within Tromsø could be considered for a suitable match.

We are from France and New Zealand, both 30 years old. I (Sylvain) am a mechanical engineer, working mostly on scientific instrumentation for chemical analysis. Robin is a conservation ecologist, working with a variety of plants and birds but with an expertise on various New Zealand endemic penguins, and a masters degree on NZ endemic jumping spiders.

We are quiet, responsible and respectful. We don't smoke and have no pets. We will be working full-time for the duration of the tenancy as dog sled guides, using our free time to go explore the outdoors or enjoy a comfy day inside during bad weather. We are really easy-going.

We can provide contact information for past landlord references, but please be aware they will be in New Zealand, so it will likely be written communication due to time difference.
