Hi there!
I’m a 27 year old PhD Research Fellow at UiA from Ireland. I am looking for a long-term rental contract for a single person starting this June. My preferences are towards an apartment for just myself or sharing with 3 people max.
I’ve been in many house-sharing situations before so I’m experienced in getting along with landlords, neighbours and housemates. In general I’m out-going and I like getting to know new people.
I’m more into hosting dinners/BBQs, and I’m not into having big parties where I live anymore (those days are behind me haha).
A few of my interests are listed here but I also like to cook and read. In general I’m clean and like to keep a clean place but not to the point of being obsessive. When it comes to paying rent and bills I’m responsible and have never been late.
