Looking for a Short-Term Rental in Oslo (Beginning-December to Mid-January) with Possibility of Staying Longer

Hello, my name is Giacomo, and I am an Italian professional, 34 years old, looking for a place to stay in Oslo from beginning-December until mid-January. My main reason for coming is to spend Christmas with my partner and their family, and I’m hoping to find a comfortable and peaceful space during my visit.

I previously lived in Oslo with my partner from December 2023 to September 2024 and am currently in Italy with my family.
While my initial plan was to move back to Oslo long term in the new year, I’ve recently decided to visit over Christmas and am considering staying longer only if the right place becomes available.

What I’m Looking For:
A rental from beginning-December to mid-January, with flexibility to transition into a long-term arrangement if the location feels right.
Any area in Oslo works for me, as I’ve enjoyed living across the city.
My budget is up to 16000NOK per month.

About Me:
I run an online Life Coaching business focusing on the Human Design system and Gene Keys.
I’m also training in Graphic Design and have a background in Personal Training and Personal Finance. I like to take very good care of the places I live in, and I’m tidy, responsible, and handy around the house.
