Seeking a Medium- to Long-Term Rental in Oslo

First and foremost: The reason I’m not verified yet is that I’m in the process of obtaining my Personal Number. Until I receive my Bank ID, I won’t appear as a verified user, but that should be resolved very soon.

I’m looking for a long-term rental for myself (not a shared apartment). I originally moved to Oslo from Italy in December 2023 to be closer to my partner. We lived together in Oslo until September 2024. After spending some time back in Italy with my family, I returned to Oslo in February with the intention of staying long-term. While I’m still with my partner, we are now living separately, and I’m currently searching for a place of my own.

My ideal would be to find a place where I can stay at least until October 2025.

My current tenancy ends on August 1st, so I’m also very open to shorter-term options for the summer while I search for something longer. It really depends on the place. Again for now until October is ideal.

Monthly budget: up to 15,500 NOK max.

At home, I enjoy relaxing with movies, digital art, reading, or writing. I work primarily from home through my online business, and I don’t drink alcohol or party.

As a tenant:
I’m clean, respectful, and take great care of the space I live in.
I’m handy and have a background in basic maintenance and repairs.
I love caring for plants and keeping a peaceful, tidy atmosphere.
I don’t host parties and enjoy a quiet home life.
I can provide solid references from previous landlords in Oslo.

My needs:
Space to work from home (a dining table works perfectly)
Urban area with easy access to shops, public transport, library/cafes
Grocery stores within walking distance
Quiet and peaceful surroundings
