I have been living in Oslo for a year now and am now looking for a change of scenery as my previous collective was not the ideal fit for me. I am currently in Uganda to collect data for my master thesis and will be back around the 4rd of February. Due to being abroad I can only do digital viewings. I started my masters in Global Development Studies at NMBU in Ås in August last year but prefer living in Oslo to have the advantages of city life. I am hoping to stay in Oslo to work after finishing my degree next year. Therefore a longterm contract would be ideal for me. I am interested in a room in a flatshare with roommates that are interested to spend some quality time together. I am looking for somewhere central but quiet to live, a room of at least 12m2 and the max rent I can pay is 9000NOK including additional costs:)

I'm Pauline, 26, passionate reader of non-fiction books, hobby crocheter, yoga enthusiast, get way too excited about coffee with lots of oat milk, long walks in the sunshine, camping, pretty much any way to prepare potatoes and always need popcorn to watch movies. Also, especially at this time of year, I like to be outside and try to catch every ray of sunshine possible.

I have learned to love the flatshare life in recent years and look forward to a flatshare to feel good with friendly, informal atmosphere, in which the roommates enjoy a chat over hot or cold drinks about important and unimportant topics, to explore Oslo together, especially to discover cafes and bars and to organize extensive Sunday brunches and game nights.
At the same time, I understand that everyone needs some time to themselves. If that is the case, I also withdraw and enjoy time on my own. In my previous shared flats, keeping things tidy and clean has always worked quite well without a cleaning schedule and I am sure that through good communication a solution that suits everyone can be found.
