Subletting room in shared apartment from January to July

Hello, this is Yu. I am going to rent out my bedroom located at Strindvegen 19A, Trondheim. It is a very nice place with 4 bedrooms in this floor. This place is quite close to NTNU Gloshaugen campus, which is a perfect choice if you are an NTNU student or employee since it only takes 5 mins walking to commute. You will live with 3 Norwegian students who are very nice, friendly, quiet, organized, and polite. Shared common areas include a standard equipped kitchen, a full bathroom (toilet, washing machine and shower cabinet) and a toilet, which are all furnished. All the appliances will be provided. There is also a cabin outside where you can enjoy BBQ with friends in summer. Power, heat, hot water, sewage fee, and Internet are included in the rent. This place is within walking distance of bus stops and grocery stores, including Bunnpris, Rema 1000, and Extra. The room is quite spacious and is equipped with basic furniture, including a 120 cm bed with top mattress, a wardrobe, desk and chair. No smoking and pets are allowed in this apartment. I am looking forward to someone taking over my lease from January 2027 and the exact move in date is negotiable. The current contract will terminate in 31st July, 2027, with the possibility of renewal. Please feel free to reach out to me if you are interested.
