Room for Sublet

I’m moving out soon to head back to Italy, so I’m looking for someone to sublet my fully furnished room.
The room itself is 8 m2 and is located on the second floor of a two-story house at Øvre Marienlyst 3, surrounded by a garden. You’ll be sharing the apartment with two friendly, clean, and organized girls in their 20s: one Norwegian and one Spanish. The house features a shared kitchen, a living room, a separate bathroom and toilet, as well as a parking spot if you have a car. In the basement, you'll also find an extra storage room and a laundry area with a dedicated washing machine.
Getting around is super easy. Bus lines 23 and 13 as well as tram line 9 are right nearby, bus line 20 is a 5-minute walk, and lines 11 and 3 are about 15 minutes away on foot. Supermarkets are just a quick 5-minute bus ride from the house.
The current contract runs until the end of July. Base rent is 4,120 NOK per month. WiFi is around 300 NOK, and utilities range between 400 and 2,500 NOK depending on consumption and season. Since all utilities and WiFi are split equally among the three roommates, the total monthly cost rarely exceeds 5,000 NOK in total.
