OVERVIEW

- Extra room in my apartment in Sinsen
- Room: ca. 10 m², fully furnished.
- The rent includes electricity, internet, hot water, bathroom heating, and insurance.

THE APARTMENT

This newly renovated three-room apartment is located in Sinsen, with an amazing view over Torshovdalen park. It is within walking distance of Storo, Torshov, and Grünerløkka.

The apartment has a smart and practical layout, with a living room and open kitchen, two bedrooms, a small bathroom with a washing machine, and a balcony. The apartment is very clean and gets plenty of natural light both in the morning and in the afternoon.

No deposit is required. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, so I’m looking for someone who will take good care of the home and its belongings. In the event of any significant damage caused during the rental period, you will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.

The home is kept to a consistently high standard, so it is important that you are comfortable cleaning up after yourself and helping to keep the common areas tidy. We already have a weekly deep-cleaning routine, and I would appreciate living with someone who is happy to continue with this. Big parties are not allowed.

THE ROOM

The available room is approximately 10 m², with enough space for a bed, a chest of drawers, a shoe rack, and a desk. The room also has a wardrobe and comes fully furnished with bed, desk, kommode, and sofa. There is also a storage unit downstairs if you need some extra space.

RENT

The rent is fixed. Electricity, internet, hot water, and bathroom heating are included in the rent. Insurance is also included. No deposit is required.

TRANSPORT

Public transport is only about a one-minute walk away. There are several options nearby, including night transport and Flybussen to Oslo Airport. You can choose between tram 17, bus lines 23, 31, 33, and 58, and metro lines 4 and 5. Getting to the city centre, the university, and other central areas is quick and easy. Within a few minutes’ walk, you’ll also find grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, gyms, and Storo Storsenter.

ABOUT ME

I’m 33 years old and originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I speak Norwegian, English and Spanish. I work full-time, mostly from home. I go to the office once or twice a week This means I’m often at home in the mornings, working, having online meetings, and so on — although I’m definitely not a morning person! I love dogs and sometimes I kind of kidnap the little dog of one of my girl friends, so you should like dogs too.
