Green Oasis - well situated and connected

Hei! I am looking for a new housemate to share this beautiful flat with big green garden with! 🌻

Rental period:
1.9.2026-1.7.2027 (Erasmus Students staying for one semester are also welcome, if they find a replacement at the end of their stay 😊)
Price is 9250kr including internet, power, water.
Rental price reduction likely from 1.1.2027 as my boyfriend is moving in.

The flat: 🏡
The house is an older scandi-style house with big windows to let the sunlight in and a beautiful big garden (including berries, plums, a green house, BBQ and undercover outdoor seating - the lot!).
Total size of the apartment is about 78 m².
Spacious living room and kitchen, bathroom with heated floors and bath tub, separate entrance with storage for jackets etc.
Almost all the furniture, white goods and kitchen items will stay.
Plenty of space for storage in the attic or basement.
Communal washing machine and drier.
If parking is needed, we should be able to accommodate that.
One of the tenants from another flat in the building has a cute cat who roams the garden.
The other tenants of the other flats of the house are in their 20s-30s.

The location: 🌳 🚴 🌃
The house is very well located, set back from the street and in a nice neighbourhood, 5-10 minute walk to a nice lookout.
There’s a smaller coop a 3 minute walk away and a coop mega and the sirkus shopping centre a 5 minute walk away.
City Center is about 7 minutes by bike.
Climbing gym is also only 3 minutes by bike.
Bus 22 stops very close by, and bus lines 1, 10, 12, 25, 70, 102, 107 and FB73 are also just a 3 minute walk.
You see it’s very very nicely located in the midst of everything you might need and the bus or bike path connections get you anywhere else!

About 12m²
Garden view and gorgeous light.
90cm bed (but room for a bigger one if preferred)
Big desk, shelf and wardrobe.

The housemate: 🙋‍♀️
I’m Marlena, a 26 year old German who has spent her 20s anywhere but Germany.
I like the outdoors (cycling, running, hiking, climbing, cross country skiing), photography, cooking, baking… I find an interest most things really! I’m a social person so ideally you also don’t mind having dinner guests from time to time (you’re invited, don’t worry! 😁)

About you:
If you keep the place tidy, enjoy hanging out from time to time and sharing a home, then I’m confident we will get on!
