Hi. I'm subletting my room as I'm going on an exchange to Portugal (January-June). I'm a bit slow with finding someone to take over the room. This is a great group of three guys who Are very welkomming and social, love hiking and beer! And we are incredibly lucky with our landlord! It's one of the cheapest rents you'll find in Bergen, with a very good standard for the rent. 110m2 over 2 levels with a attic living room, larger Living room down stairs, 2 bathrooms, 3 very large bedrooms and a smaller bedroom (your bedroom). Rent includes fiber and parking. Only electricity are additional, so You can expect the rent to be 5,000 NOK each month including electricity. We have never paid more than 300kr in electricity Even in winter months becaus of heat pump!

The other rooms are more expensive, but this room is cheap and the only "disadvantage" is that the entrance to the room is a bit inconveniently located, as you have to go through a bathroom to get to the room! But there is only a sink and shower in this bathroom, the toilet is in another bathroom. So there are 2 bathrooms for 4 people! The room is fully furnished including 120 bed, duvet and pillow.

3 minutes walk from Haukeland hospital, and 20 minutes bus to NHH, 10 min walk to HVL and Kristiania, 25 min walk to city center or 15 with the light rail.

Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
