Short-Term Room Rental in Shared Apartment – December 1–31, 2025 (All Included)

Description: Since the landlord has sold the apartment, I am offering one furnished room in a friendly 4-person shared flat for a short-term stay in December.

Rental period: December 1 – December 31, 2025 (Extension into early January is possible.)

Rent: 8000 NOK – all utilities included (electricity, internet, water, etc.)

Extras:
⭐️For an additional 400 NOK: single bed, desk lamp, and laundry basket.
⭐️I can also provide a free IKEA bedding set and a small electric cooker (Midea, used only once).

Location & surroundings: The apartment is located in Frogner, one of Oslo’s most beautiful and peaceful neighborhoods, with elegant cafés and shops within walking distance. Although centrally located, the flat is tucked beside a green space that leads directly into the park — just a five-minute walk down to a quiet streamside path.
If you enjoy the beach, you can easily cycle to the Bygdøy peninsula for a calm afternoon by the sea.

⭐️500 m to tram 13 and buses 20 and 31

⭐️950 m to Skøyen train station

⭐️Several grocery stores nearby, including KIWI
