A room is available for rent in an apartment near Berg starting January 1st, 2026. The apartment is on the second floor of a 2-person house, with great views to the south and west. The 88 sqm apartment contains a tiled hallway, 2-bedrooms, tiled bathroom with jacuzzi and shower, as well as a washing machine. The living room is spacious with integrated appliances and a dining room. There is a south-facing balcony from the kitchen, and room for several cars in the parking space. There is also plenty of storage space in the basement storage room.

The apartment is conveniently located approximately 10min walking distance to NTNU Gloshaugen, and 15min by public transit to NTNU Dragvoll, 7-minute walk to the bus stop, and grocery store. The apartment is a calm and tidy environment, you will be living with one other person. Amina is from Canada, doing her PhD at NTNU and looking to share the space with someone who enjoys shared activities at home or out in the city. It is also possible to take over the room sooner if necessary!

Security deposit is paid monthly and is included in the rental cost.
