Cozy short-term apartment by Stensparken

Hi, we are subletting a very cozy, nice and fun apartment in Stensgata, for one month only, from 1st of March to 1st of April.
We are travelling for one month and therefore renting out at a significantly reduced price because there's a lovely cat living here who needs some cuddles and care. Very cute and kind cat, her name is Lotus.
The apartment is large, with a living room, kitchen, hallway and four bedrooms, plus a balcony. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. It's a spacious apartment. A kitchen that contains everything from a proper coffee machine, wok burner and stove and dishwasher. Large hallway, and two entrances.
Library and workshop with various machines and tools for fixing and playing.
One large bedroom with swing door
Three small bedrooms
Bicycle parking in the backyard.
Right by the beautiful Stens-park.
The apartment is well suited for a family or for a couple, or also for a single person.
(Not for collective.)
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need, it's charming and cozy.

We would like to rent to someone who needs a place to stay for a short period of time and who would also like to take care of my beloved cat - Lotus. She is four years old.
