Rom i leilighet

I am sub-letting my apartment for the months of November and December as I will be going home and will no longer need the room.

The apartment is rented out fully furnished, and electricity is included in the monthly rent.
1 room on the upper floor available, rental period until 1.11.2025 - 31.12.25

It has a brand new basement floor with underfloor heating and a new bathroom. The upper floor is of a good standard, featuring a shared living room and a kitchen from 2024.
The bedroom is 10 m and include a bed, desk, and wardrobe.

Schools and the city center are easily accessible by walking, e-scooter, or bus route 10, which runs right outside the apartment.

The total size of the apartment is 125 sqm.

There are 4 other great roommates in this collective.

Bertrum is 24 and is a geography major at UIB
Pernille is 23 and is a geography major at UIB
Ellie is 23 and is a geography major ay UIB
Josefine is 28 and is a masters student at UIB.

They are all from Denmark. They are very social people who often have dinners, game nights, and nights out together. They are super kind, fun, and welcoming. (English is my native language and they are sure to speak to each other in English when I am around, even if I am not in the conversation.)
