This apartment is centrally located in one of Trondheim’s most popular residential areas – Rosenborg / Øvre Møllenberg. Within walking distance you’ll find several grocery stores, restaurants, a bakery, and more. The nearest grocery store is only about 230 meters away. The city center is just a 15-minute walk, and in only a few minutes you can reach Solsiden – a lively district full of restaurants, cafés, and social life.

For those who enjoy the outdoors, there’s easy access to Kristiansten Fortress and its surrounding parks, as well as Tornesparken, located between Kirkegata and Nedre Møllenberg gate.
