Room In shared Housing

Rooms with private bathrooms centrally located in Sandviken - near NHH Stoltzen Inn is a concept with beautiful rooms with private bathrooms.

Wall-mounted TV and wireless network in each room. All rooms have a bed, a small desk, chair and bedside table.

Shared kitchen on each floor with the most important tableware and equipment. Shared laundry room on the 2nd floor with 5 washing machines and 2 dryers plus ironing space and drying racks.

Cleaning of common areas; hallways, stairs, shared kitchen and shared laundry room will be carried out weekly and is included in the rent.

Stoltzen Inn is centrally located at Sandviksveien 94. Large COOP Extra in the neighboring building and the SATS fitness center nearby. Short walk to the center, bike and scooter. Frequent bus departures nearby.

Short distance to pleasant hikes in Fjellveien, up Stoltzekleiven and on to Byfjellene.

Standard rental terms are:

Rent is paid in advance on the 1st of each month. Deposit equivalent to 2 months' rent including electricity. Rent for the smallest apartments is 7,900 NOK per month including internet. Electricity is billed in addition at NOK 350 per month.
