bedroom with private bathroom

Im renting out my bedroom for the summer months from June-August, exact dates can be negotiated. Comes with a 2p bed, table and two chairs and wardrobe. There is a private bathroom in the room but you share the kitchen with three other lovely people (2girls - 1 boy) and washing machine and dryers are available in the building (paid). +-20min walk to the centre, tram 17 stop right in front of the door and bus and metro station are close too. It is required to be SiO student and preferably a girl, need to be a clean & tidy person and respectful to the space and other roommates!
