SUBLETTING FOR STUDENTS IN COSY STUDENT VILLAGE - 1 MONTH ONLY

Hi, I plan on moving out of my dorm with Sit at the end of May, but my contract ends June 30th. Therefore, I am looking for a student who is coming to Trondheim for a short period and would like to live in this cool student place! Unfortunately, you have to be a student with a valid student ID!

The original rent I'm paying is 5893,- kr, but I decided to sublet it for a bit cheaper!

The place is located in a student village, there are several grocery stores nearby (Kiwi, Rema1000, Bunnpris, Meny, Extra), it's very close to the bus stop with good connections to the centre and to Gløshaugen, Dragvoll and other campuses, and there's an amazing view from the 9th floor (elevator included!).

I live with 14 roommates who are all very nice, though most of them would be leaving for summer break, so you may not meet that many of them. But if so, they are all very nice and kind. We all have our own room with a private bathroom and then we share the big kitchen and a living room with TV (it has Chromecast!).

The pictures you see here are mostly downloaded from the original ad from Sit website; then there are three pictures of how it looked after I moved in and decorated it and two pictures of the shared spaces (how they look now). But, if you are interested, I can of course send you more pictures / videos of how my room and the shared rooms! :)
