Renting out room over the summer

!!Only renting from ca. June 20th to mid/late August!!

Hey hey 💕

I am renting out my room over the summer from June 20th - early/mid-August (the dates are a little flexible), and I am looking for a woman between the ages of 20-35, who is friendly, clean, and organised! 🥰

We are a girls' collective with two Norwegians and one international.
Hanna, 25 (she/her) from Oslo, finished her Master's in Art and now works full time.
Aurora-Cornelia, 23 (she/her) from Bergen, studies Political Science
Licia (28) from Italy works full time.
I am also 28, from Germany, and will graduate with an MA in Multilingualism and Peace Studies in autumn this year.

The apartment does not have a shared living room, so the collective is not very social. But sometimes we spend time together in the kitchen during meals or other times, and during the summer, the back garden is lovely and very quiet 🌿

The room is really big and has a working fireplace (I never tried to use it and have candles in there instead). The room is also, of course, fully furnished with a 140cm bed, a big comfy sofa, and a clothing stand that I will make free for you to use.

The neighbourhood is close to Vigeland Park, Majorstuen, and the castle and very calm and quiet despite being so central.
The flat is close to bus and tram stations 11 & 12 (Briskeby and Nils Juels Gate), with supermarkets and everything one needs close by. 🚋

There is a new washer, a new dryer, and a dishwasher in the apartment as well.

Hot water and internet are included. We pay for electricity ourselves, and it varies from 100 to 400 NOK during the summer months.

Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment.
The deposit does not need to be paid (that's only automatic on this page).
