Modern and quiet apartment, close to nature

Hi! We have a cellar apartment which will be available for rent from the start of June. It is a 2 bedroom, well maintained space that is 200m from Herlofsonløypa tram stop in Ugla. It is 200m to well maintained forest paths around Kyvannet and Lianvannet and easy access into Bymarka. Animals are welcome in the apartment as long as they don't cause any damage. The apartment includes a fridge, and dishwasher, and has space in the bathroom for a washing machine.

The apartment is 46.5m2. There is the option to include a small garage as part of the rental agreement. The price we are currently considering is 14000/month (without the garage) which includes internet, tv (connection) and floor heating. We are currently building the entry from the outside of the house. We expect this to be completed by the middle of May. Note, the images are from the prospect from when we bought, the apartment is unfurnished.
