Room for rent in a shared house with two guys. The house is located 9 minutes from Tøyen t-bane, 1 minute from the bus stop, and there are 4 supermarkets nearby – Rema 1000, Coop Prix, Extra, and Joker.

A nice place where you can enjoy the sleeping and the nature, behind you have a good places to train and walk.

Electricity is not included, but it comes between 500-700nok in winter time/room. In summer time between 100-200nok /room

The room comes without bed, table, wardrobe. So you must to buy the stuff with the room.

Erik and Moha’s home is a spacious, relaxed place filled with all the comforts needed for everyday life. The house is fully equipped and tastefully decorated. Although they are rarely at home due to their busy work schedules, the place remains spotless and well-organized.

Erik and Moha are friendly, sociable, and always willing to help, but they are also strict about house rules and maintenance. Pets are not allowed, and smoking inside is strictly prohibited. Visitors must be approved in advance, and any celebration, whether it’s a birthday or a party, needs the consent of both the tenants and the landlord.

They are currently looking for someone to take over Aimar’s room, a former roommate known for being organized and responsible. The ideal candidate is an adult who values peace and is looking for a calm place to unwind after work. The atmosphere at home is positive and cheerful, reflecting Erik and Moha’s personalities. As true Spaniards, they enjoy life with good humor and a welcoming attitude.
