4 Rooms in Unique House

Overview:
- The house is close to NTNU Gløshaugen (2km), Stundentersamfundet (1.7km) and central Trondheim (2km).
- The 120m2 house consists of a cozy living room, 4 independently rented rooms, a large kitchen and two shared bathrooms.
- The minimum renting duration is 6 months.
- Luxurius furnishing.

We are four international students from Germany, France, Switzerland, and Canada spending a semester in Trondheim this fall. We are looking to pass on our house to new students moving in for the spring semester. Whether you are an exchange student or not, we can warmly recommend our house.

The house is situated in a calm traditional Norwegian neighborhood. The next bus stop is but 150m away and the house is well situated for several pretty running routes. To go into the city center it is also possible to take the tram. The tram stop can be reached in 5min. The house consists of three tenant groups, the attic is occupied by two Norwegian students, the first floor by the landlord and the ground floor is where we are. The ground floor has a separate entrance and a large terrace.

The landlord of the house is very kind and helpful. He takes care of a large garden and often shares with us all kinds of homegrown edible plants, vegetables and fruits. We have even been able to use his car occasionally for a generous rate.
He also gifted us old wood and tools to chop it in order to make cozy fires in the the living room in the winter.

The house can be rented fully furnished. This also includes external monitors, high-quality desk chairs, and the possibility to get beddings. The rent includes high-speed fiber internet and municipal taxes. Electricity is not included in the rent.

The following rooms are available:
- Room 1: RENTED OUT (to Swiss Exchange Student) 14 m².
- Room 2: RENTED OUT (to French Exchange Student) 8,5m²
- Room 3: 8,5 m², 6500 NOK This is the only bedroom in the basement, has a heater, ethernet connection and good light. With underfloor heating in the room outside it rarely feels cold.
- Room 4: RENTED OUT (to French Exchange Student)
