Utfyllende informasjon

Room available

Room available in 3-bedroom apartment. Me, I'm Olav from Norway, 43 years old. I live on NAV-social welfare money, due to health problems after cancer treatment. But, the days my body is good, I work as a volunteer as receptionist at Fontenehuset Oslo Sentrum. Jakub is 41 years old (I believe) from Somalia, and has just finished his education. He has lived in Norway for 10-12 years. He's now aiming to become a bus driver. And the third bedroom will be available from November. We are very quiet, friendly guys. No wild partying here.

It's a big apartment. Around 90 square meters. We have a huge balcony too. There's an extra balcony, a small one, belonging to the available room. At first floor, under us, is an electricity company. Above us, in the third floor, lives a very quiet woman. We live in the second floor.

It's a 4 minute walk to Ulsrud T-bane, which uses 18 minutes to Jernbanetorget (Oslo Sentral Station) There's also a bus stop outside our house, taking us to Oppsal Senter, Bryn Senter and Manglerud Bad (swimming pool) An 8 minute walk from our house, to Friendly Fitness gym, if you want to pump up. Østensjøvannet and Østmarka is also very close, if you love nature.

There is actually no deposit to move in here. I don't own the apartment, but since I'm the only one speaking Norwegian here, I am the "ambassador" of the apartment. We have a very nice landlord, and for being Oslo, our rent is very low. You can of course speak to the landlord too regarding us and the apartment. I'll give you his phone number if needed.
