Rom i leilighet

Hi! I am 33 years old computer scientist working at the university. I am looking for a friendly, joyful, calm, and tidy flatmate. The apartment is located in a new and pleasant residential area at Ulven. It has 2 bedrooms; one large and one small (a small room is available with a comfortable bed and wardrobe included), shared living room and kitchen, nice bathroom with underfloor heating, sunny balcony, and roof terrace.

- Kitchen and Bathroom: Kitchen has sufficient cupboard space and includes an induction stove, fridge, and microwave. The bathroom has all the essentials including combined washer/dryer.
- Internet/TV: 250/250 Mb/s, the TV can be used to set up Netflix/HBO etc.
- Furniture is similar to what's shown in photos. The room has IKEA bed of size 80x200 cm and comes with three parts storage, in addition to a cupboard/wardrobe.

The Økern-T subway stop is very close by and takes you to Sentrum in <30 minutes. The bus stops (23, 24, 28, 100, 60) are all nearby - bus frequency is every 10 minutes to all other parts of city. Grocery store (Kiwi), pharmacy, physiotherapist, café, restaurants, hairdresser are also at a walking distance.

We share the costs of electricity/strøm (<500 kr per person) and oppvarming/varmtvann (usually <250 kr per person).

**Moving-in Options:
- Short-term: Available from 1 April until 27 May 2026 (possible to move earlier in March).
- Long-term: From 12 August 2026 for as long as you need. If you want to be a long-term tenant, it is possible to move in belongings from April. I will have my family visiting between 27 May and 12 August, so this option is ideal if you plan to be away during that period (e.g. on holiday).

Smoking/pets/alcohol are not allowed.

Viktig informasjon om strømavtale ved kontraktsinngåelse
Hvis leiekontrakten opprettes og signeres via Hybel, og det er avtalt at leietaker skal tegne egen strømavtale, er det et krav at avtalen bestilles fra en av våre kommersielle samarbeidspartnere i forbindelse med signering av leiekontrakten. Dette gjøres for å sikre at leietaker har en strømavtale ved innflytting. Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
