Large Room in Frogner Kollektiv

Large (16m2) unfurnished room in a big 3 person kollektiv in Frogner available!

The apartment has a big kitchen, bathroom, small shared hangout area and a sun facing balcony. There is a garden shared with all those in the building. Two huge storage lockers come the apartment.

We are looking for someone who will fit nicely into our calm kollektiv that likes to keep things tidy and peaceful. We all respect each others space but also have the mentality that we are sharing the apartment with each other and deliberately want to live with others.

We are both queer and sex-positive and hope to share the space with someone who is open and like-minded.

The price of 7300,- includes everything* except electricity which is normally about 200-300 each a month. Move in date is preferred to be August but we are flexible.

*heating is included in the price up until a certain limit. If we exceed that limit, a one time payment has to be made at the end of the year for the amount we went over. Last year it was nothing, but the year before it was around 1000 each.

Who lives here now:
Imogen (she/her) is English, 29 years old and a book nerd who works full time at a coffee shop. Interests include climbing, comic collecting, reading up on gender, sexuality and relationships.

Chris (they/them) is from Norway, 29 years old and works as a UX designer. Interests include climbing, gaming, roller derby and trying new hobbies and not sticking to them.
