Hybel i tomannsbolig med hage

We live in a 1950's house, with apple trees and garden between us and the metro, which will take you into town in 15min. Very near nice walks along the Lysaker river.
We have a bedroom & kitchen on the second floor which we rent out. I have my studio also on this floor. We live mostly on the first floor.
We have two cats and chickens in the garden.
You will mostly have the kitchen and bathroom upstairs to yourself. There is a washing machine and another
shower room in the basement which you can use.
The bedroom next to the kitchen will be available from 1 june 2024
