Move into the world's nicest shared flat!

*we'll deactivate the advert when we found our roomies - please don't ask if the rooms are still available or for a long-term room*

Short-term rental
Vanessa is sometimes gone for work or holidays, so you might be able to rent her room (room 2) while she's away. She's renting out these dates:
- 3 weeks: ca 19th May - 6th June - possibly a week longer - 4500 kr including everything. Contact us also if the dates don't match perfectly, maybe we can figure it out :)
- Possibly also July

1. August to 31st December: Leonie will most likely go on exchange from the summer for a semester. The room (room 4) is around 6200 kr/month.

Both rooms come with the possibility to use bikes, bed sheets etc., if you want to :)

About the apartment:
- 4 bedrooms
- large living room + a balcony
- 118 kvm
- common areas for the house with table tennis room, sauna, fitness room, bicycle shed, storage space and skiing shed! (Yes, it is true!)
- 1 bathroom with toilet + 1 separate toilet
- rooms are furnished, but it's possible to change furniture, if you'd prefer that
- possibility for parking a car or several ones

About the location
- right by the ski trail and Prestvannet (lake)
- 3 minutes away from a bus stop (Prestvannet) with several bus lines, e.g. directly to the city centre, the airport and Kvaløya + during rush hour to UiT
- short distance to everything
- walk to the center within approx. 17 minutes (faster if you are short on time ;)), possibility to walk/cycle/ski to UiT via the light trail, bus to the center takes approx. 3 minutes
- right next to the store (Coop Extra)
- quiet street
... what more could one want? :)

Who lives in the shared flat?
Vanessa works in the NGO Grønn Framtid for a more just food system for humans, animals and the planet + as a librarian. Likes to be outside, play board games, hang out with friends & cats, (and cat friends), yoga, travel and cook :)

Leonie studies sustainable technology at UiT and when she's not there, she's also enjoys cooking and yoga as well as snowboarding.

Noor studied marine biology previously and is now working at NAMMCO. In her freetime you'll find her outdoors for hikes, diving or skiing. She's sadly leaving us in the summer.

Aaron will take over Noors room. He's a software engineer at UiT - and spending his free time on ultimate frisbee, acroyoga and electronic music.

Linn Thea is studying Russian at UiT. When she's not biking around with her e-bike, you might find her in the kitchen making almond butter or entertaining dogs who are visiting us!

All of us are interested in the environment, cooking & baking (mostly vegan/vegetarian) and being in the nature.

Cleaning plan for the common area, in your room you can be as messy as you want ;) And maybe you’re up for a board game evening once in a while? At the same time everyone has the opportunity to have time for themselves.
