Room in a nice oldschool villa for rent

Summary:
Big house in a quiet neighborhood, with quite social and sporty/outdoorsy people looking for a new housemate.

--- The house
One room rented out in a collective apartment a little outside the city center, in a quiet residential area near Blindern. The house still has very good access to the center with a short walk to the subway (8 minutes to Blindern T) or bus/tram (5 minutes to John Colletts Plass). The house is a gorgeous old Norwegian wooden house with a large garden and an apple tree, perfect for BBQ's etc during summertime.

The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 1 guest room, 3 bathrooms, a large living room, and a laundry room (125m2 total). There are storage rooms as well and even more storage space in the garage. The apartment has all appliances, washing machine / dryer / dishwasher / stove / refrigerator / freezer, and a cosy fireplace too.

There is one room to be rented out (pictures coming soon!) has floor heating and is 6,5m² (2x3,3 meters), but the rest of the size of the house makes up for it ;). The rent is 7250kr per month. Electricity and wifi are an additional approx ~1 000 kr per month. The room is available from 01.02.2025 onwards.

--- The people
The collective is currently home to 3 guys between the age of 28 and 34; Johan, Nils L, and Nils B.:
- Johan has a business degree from B.I. and is now working fulltime. He's Norwegian and enjoys working out and socializing during his free time.
- Nils B works in IT, and in his free time he loves to do outdoor activities such as motor & mountain & gravel biking, hiking, climbing and snowboarding. He is German/Dutch.
- Nils L is doing his PhD at UiO. He enjoys cycling, watching movies and cooking.

— What we’re looking for
We are looking for a nice and social person 26+ years old who wants to live in a quality collective. Preferably someone who has lived on his/her own before. It would be nice if the people moving in also shared an interest in outdoor activities and an active life in general! We think it's nice to be social with the people you live with, and have occasional meals together, but also think it's okay to be able to retreat to your room when you feel like it. We like to keep the apartment clean and organised.
