Short term rent to cat and nature lovers.

Hi there,

I’m Deborah and looking for a calm person to live with me and my 2 cats, I’m looking for a short term mate, starting from somewhere around the 10th of March (the date of departure of my current flatmate isn’t clear yet) and ideally until summer or a tad longer, but this must be discussed.
Because it's short term, no deposit is asked, but we will split the rent in 2 as well as the electricity. We will do everything based on trust, so no paper contract, however it will be possible to get a “bo bekreftelse” from the landlords, if needed.

The place is located in the quiet and familial district of Ugla, Byåsen. Only 5-8-12 minutes walk from the forest and lakes (Hawkvannet, Lianvannet and Kyvannet for all the bathing lovers) leading to Bymarka. At times you can spot deers in the garden, or foxes.
The apartment is about 60m2, the bedroom is small but got the essential. The living area is rather spacious, and I like to switch around the layout from time to time. There is a lovely garden to use during spring and summer. You can bike to the city centre in as quick as 18 minutes or take a 15 minutes bus or tram ride. If you have a car there is a parking spot for it. :)

I’m 38 and quite free spirited with a young mind. Aska & Orion are my 2 cats and they’ve been sharing this adventure with me for the past 11,5 years. They are very important to me and a big part of the place, so you must love cats but most importantly they must love you too. :)
I am rather calm and introverted but as soon as I feel comfortable around someone, I tend to become very lively and dynamic! I love listening to music (it goes in phases) and dancing in the living room. I guess I’m more of what people would qualify as alternative and creative.
Once the spring begins, I can get obsessed with biking and playing Indiana Jones in the woods. I love deep conversations, self development and I value real connections. I would like to share the place with someone rather calm and with who there is real chemistry with, so it feels natural to cohabit together and for everyone to be themselves without holding back. For me this is more important than finding someone to split the rent with. I believe to be very open minded and I don’t mind contrasting personalities or interests/hobbies.

This is my safe space (as well as of the cats) and I expect it to remain that way, meaning that we don’t do big parties (trustworthy friends are of course welcome over), no heavy drinking nor smoking. I value a healthy environment.
Btw, there is no TV here, but there kinda is a video projector if we want to watch a movie or play video games.
