Short term rent to cat and nature lovers.

I'm looking for a calm person to take care of my cats for 7 to 12 days in exchange of living at my place (starting date must be defined but it would be most likely until the 10th of August) . Technically there is 2 bedrooms (1 big, 1 small), but I would prefer to have only one person living here because my cats are more used to few people. No deposit nor rent asked, but taking good care of my 2 cats in exchange. Electricity must be discussed together.

The place is located in the quiet and familial district of Ugla, Byåsen. Only 5-8-12 minutes walk from the forest and lakes (Hawkvannet, Lianvannet and Kyvannet for all the bathing lovers) leading to Bymarka. At times you can spot deers in the garden and street, or foxes.

About 60m² apartment on the garden level of a traditional wooden house (landlords live upstairs with 2 kids as well as a cat and a dog). The apartment is furnished and decorated in a unique minimalistic/boho touch with a generous and spacious living area (with about half of it left relatively empty to allow yoga practice, home workout or dancing) highlighted by 5 gigantic mirrors and 2 huge windows letting the pretty and warm color of the sun in. There are plants (and would appreciate if you could water them❤️🌱), a cozy fire place to keep you warm and comfy, and a garden.

My cats are more used to calmness in order to feel safe, therefore I would ask for no parties (and no guests allowed) and no excessive alcohol (no drunkness), especially that I don't ask for a deposit. No smoking allowed (ok outside as long as the leftovers aren't left on the ground) nor drugs, and snus go to the trash. Aska and Orion are used to get a lot of attention. They wear GPS trackers that should be charged daily. The litter box should be scooped daily too. :)

Aska and Orion are fed a raw meat diet that should be respected and will be pre-made ready to use in the freezer. During fall they usually still enjoy being outside but are inside more often too. Full appliances in the kitchen and bathroom (no dryer). I have a parking spot if you have a car, or else it's 15 minutes bus ride (11), 17 minutes tram ride, 20 minutes bike ride, ~36 minutes run to the city center for the sporty. :) A locked shed can keep your bike and other sport equipments safe.
There is no TV but there is Wi-Fi access.

If things go well and you need to find a place for a longer period of time, I could consider it with the 2nd bedroom as flatmates. Something to be discussed. :)
