Hello!

I have a room available for rent in my peaceful and clean apartment in Tveita. The rental can be long-term, with a yearly contract option.

About the Apartment:
Size: 64 square meters, the sleeping room for renting is 9.5 squre meters.
The appartment Includes: Balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2.5 bedrooms, and a cozy living room

Location: Tveita, just a short T-bane ride (line 2) to Oslo S
Only a 3-minute walk to Tveita T-bane Station and Tveita Senter

About Me:
I'm 57 years old, previously worked at the University of Oslo (UiO), and currently run my own consulting project. I'm a kind, calm, and quiet person who values a peaceful home environment and spends most of my time working.

The apartment is quiet, tidy, and well-maintained. Previous tenants have all given very positive feedback about their stay.

Looking for:

A female tenant (preferred)

No pets, please

Move-in date: Flexible – the room is available any time in June if needed urgently.
