Looking for one person, to share a wonderful apartment in the heart of Frogner

I am looking for a person to share a bright and airy 85m2 apartment in the heart of Frogner, close to Solli Plass. Super central, great area with all facilities & services in the immediate vicinity (incl. health clubs, grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, and bars).

The apartment is on the 4th floor in a protected building from 1890, with the classic high ceilings, balcony, charming backyard, bike shed (with lock) and extra storage in the basement.

We would share:
- a very spacious and bright living/dining room (dining table for 6-8, two large 3-seter sofas, 65-inch Samsung frame tv, Chromecast, Apple tv, Sonos sound system).
- the balcony: drenched in afternoon sun and sporting a distant sea view.
- the bathroom (bathtub/shower combo, washing machine and separate tumble drier)
- a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso steamer, juicer, blender, Kenwood chef .. ++).

Your bedroom (9m2) has a king-size bed, a large closet, and a proper desk. All you need in the way of bedding is provided: pillows, duvet, bed linens, and towels/dressing-gown. There is also a wall-mounted 34" smart tv, and a pc monitor, keyboard, and mouse available upon request.

From here you can easily reach all parts of the city. There is a city bike stand just around the corner, the number 12 tram stops practically right outside, the airport train is a short 10-minute walk, and a multitude of bus lines + the 13 tram run from Solli Plass. There you also find the National Library, with study rooms open all day except for Sunday.

I am 50+ and work full-time as a controller, splitting my work 50/50 between the office and home.

I lived many years outside Norway, - notably in New York and London, but have now been "home" for over 20 years. Fluent in Norwegian, English, and French.

The flat is perfect for entertaining, though normal rules for quiet time apply. I am looking for one person, not a couple...
