Room for rent

This room have 2 prices:

3500,- if you can help around the house 2 hour a week, or you can teach my 12 year old son to be better in football (2 hours a week).
5000,- for the room only.
(It's possible to discuss other arrangement.

Hello. We are a singel parent family with twin boys (1211 years old) that have had excenge studentes living here for many years (last Indonesian girl, ask if you want reference) . The bedroom for the student is now vacant. We are looking for an exchange student or similar but Norwegian is also fine 😊. We are open for any religion. You will be considered as a family member and will experience Norwegian culture and we also help if you want to learn the language.
You will have your own bedrom with place to study and your own privat balcony. Partly private bathroom with big massage bathtub/shower... You will get access to the whole house.
