Hello,

I hope you are doing well.

My name is Mohamad Reza Malekli, and I am a PhD researcher at the University of Southern Denmark (SDU).

I am planning a two-month research stay at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim, hosted by Associate Professor Haoshui Yu.

I came across your apartment at Riddervolds Gate 18 on Hybel.no and am very interested in renting it from 15 February to 15 April 2027.

Could you kindly confirm whether the apartment would be available for this exact period and whether a two-month rental agreement would be possible?

I would also appreciate clarification regarding the total rental cost, whether electricity and other utilities are included, and the deposit and cancellation conditions.

As the accommodation is intended for a university research stay, I would also like to ask whether you could provide an official rental agreement and payment receipts or invoices suitable for university reimbursement.

My travel arrangements are currently being finalised, subject to the relevant university approvals.

Thank you very much for your time. I look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,
Mohamad Reza Malekli
