Leietaker, 37 år

Hi! We’re Michael (37) and Valeria (38), a quiet, tidy couple from Italy relocating to Oslo. I’m starting a permanent position as a Senior Data Engineer at Schibsted in January, and Valeria works as a Web Designer.

What we’re looking for
- Move-in: end of November/December 2026
- Long Term, but open to short term (6+ months)

About us
- Non-smokers
- No pets or children
- Quiet and respectful neighbors

Documents and deposit
- Employment contract available on request
- Reference from our current (Italian) landlord available on request
- Deposit via a Tryg deposit guarantee (I can’t get BankID until I have a Norwegian address, so this is the option available to me)

In our free time, we enjoy gaming, netflix and going to the gym. We’d love to see your apartment and can do a video viewing if we’re not yet in Oslo. Thanks for reading!
