Hello!

My name is Md Hisam Rashid Arnab. My wife and I are a responsible, friendly, and respectful married couple looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and long-term home within Oslo's Ruter Zone 1.

My wife is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Computer Science at the University of South-Eastern Norway (USN). We are both working part-time in Norway and have also applied for permanent employment opportunities.

We are financially well-prepared, with sufficient funds reserved to cover one year of accommodation expenses, in addition to our part-time employment income. We take our financial responsibilities seriously and are committed to paying our rent on time.

We are non-smokers, have no pets, and do not host parties. We lead a simple, peaceful, and family-oriented lifestyle. We highly value cleanliness, privacy, and a quiet living environment. We are tidy, considerate of our neighbours, and always respectful of house rules.

We are looking for a private apartment or studio with our own kitchen and bathroom, preferably in a quiet and well-connected neighbourhood within Oslo Zone 1.

Our preferred move-in date is November 25, 2026, although we can be flexible for the right accommodation. We hope to find a stable home where we can settle comfortably for the long term.
