Hi!

We are four friends from Spain and we are interested in your property.
We are currently still living in Spain and are planning to move to Ålesund around January 2027.
We are coming to Norway mainly to work, and we are looking for a place to live for a longer period, approximately 10 months.
We would like to ask you a few questions about the property:

-Would you be comfortable with four adults living in the property? We understand that it has 3 bedrooms, and we are happy to share rooms if necessary.
-Would it be possible to rent the property for approximately 10 months?
-Would the property be available around January 2027, or when would the earliest possible move-in date be?
-Which expenses are included in the rent? For example, electricity, heating, water and internet.
-Would it be possible for all four of us to be included in the rental agreement?
-Since we are currently in Spain, would it be possible to arrange a video viewing of the property before travelling to Norway?

We are looking for a stable home while we work and get to know Ålesund and the surrounding area. We would take good care of the property and are looking for a long-term rental rather than a short stay.
