Kristaps and Evelina - We are a responsible and reliable couple from Latvia, looking for a comfortable apartment to rent for approximately 1–3 years. We both work full-time and are planning to stay in Norway permanently.

We live a quiet lifestyle and are seriously focused on our work. We do not smoke, drink, or party, and we take good care of the place we live in. References from our previous landlords can be provided if needed.

We are looking for a 1–2 bedroom apartment 40m2+, preferably in or around Stavanger, either centrally located or with good and convenient bus connections to Stavanger city centre.

A few things that are important to us:

* Parking space for one car
* Furnished
* Preferably not a basement apartment, unless it has exceptionally large windows and plenty of sunlight
* A clean and comfortable place suitable for long-term living

We currently do not have any pets, but we would like to have the possibility of getting a cat sometime in the future, so a landlord who could be open to this would be ideal.

We are looking for a place that we can treat as our home and would be happy to hear from landlords who think their apartment could be a good match for us.
