Hello,

My husband and I are a Portuguese couple looking for a home to rent on a long-term basis. We are hardworking, responsible and very respectful people, and we are looking for a peaceful and comfortable home where we can stay for a long time.

We both work and have a stable income. We are very clean, tidy and organized, and we take great pride in keeping our home well looked after. We treat the property we live in as if it were our own, taking care of everything and always respecting the house and the neighbours.

We are quiet people, non-smokers, and we do not have parties or cause any problems. We simply want a nice home where we can work, live peacefully and build our life.

We understand how important it is for a landlord to have reliable tenants, and we would be happy to provide proof of employment, references and any other documents you may require.

We would really appreciate the opportunity to view the property and introduce ourselves. We hope you will consider us as potential tenants.
