Hello,

My name is Mateusz and I am relocating from Poland to Trondheim to start a permanent full-time position as a Production Engineer at Alva Industries.

My workplace is located at:

Fossegrenda 1E
7038 Trondheim

I am looking for a long-term apartment for one person, preferably in Fossegrenda, Nidarvoll, Nardo, Sunnland, Rate or another area with a convenient public transport connection to my workplace.

As I will not have a car, good public transport is important to me. Ideally, I would like my commute to Fossegrenda to be no longer than approximately 30 minutes.

My maximum budget is 14,000 NOK per month. I would prefer a furnished or partially furnished apartment, but I am also open to unfurnished apartments.

I am a quiet and responsible tenant, non-smoker, I do not have pets and I am not looking for shared accommodation. I am looking for my own apartment or studio for long-term rental.

As I am moving to Norway for the first time, I do not yet have a Norwegian rental history or BankID. However, I can provide my signed employment contract as proof of my permanent employment.

I am currently in Poland, so a video viewing would be very helpful if possible.
