Hi, I'm Charlotte. I'm in my mid-40s and I've just started at Kunstakademiet as a first year master's student in Fine Art. I'll be here for at least two years as part of the program, but could also stay much longer. I'm a dual citizen of USA and Germany and have just moved here from the United States. I am a landlord myself and have savings and monthly deposits to cover rent indefinitely.

I'm looking for a long-term rental for myself and my two well behaved sterilized indoor cats Eva (11 years old, shorthair brown tabby) and Luke (6 years old, medium hair black). We're quiet and respectful.

Ideally looking for:
60+ m2 (no max)
appliances included (minimum: stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine)
private balcony cats can't easily escape from

Nice to have:
dryer
dishwasher
bathtub or sauna
view

Flexible between furnished and unfurnished.

Looking to move in between now and October.

No smoking. No drugs.
