My name is Urvilkumar Kaswala, and I am writing to express my interest in renting the beautiful apartment.

I am an Enterprise Architect/CTO working in the information technology industry. I have several years of experience in enterprise architecture, software systems, cloud technologies, and digital transformation. I am currently working with Norwegian clients, including Bertel O. Steen, and my office is located near Visperud in Lørenskog. My family and I are relocating from India to Norway, and we are looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and long-term home in the Lørenskog area.

The apartment would be occupied by four family members:

My wife
Our 15-year-old son
Our 9-year-old daughter

We are a responsible, respectful, and family-oriented household. We are particularly interested in this apartment because of its spacious layout, four bedrooms, large terrace, and convenient location. The property appears to be very suitable for our family, especially considering the proximity to my workplace, schools, public transportation, and other local facilities.

We understand the importance of taking good care of a rented property and maintaining a positive relationship with the property owner and neighbours. We would treat the apartment as our own home and keep it clean and well maintained.
