Hi!
I’m Troy Carpels, I’m a 22 year old International Journalism student from Ghent, Belgium. In early august I will be moving to Oslo on exchange, I will be following Documentary Production and EU Law & Politics programs at OsloMet. My goal with these studies are to become a documentary maker in difficult/conflict areas.
In my free time I like to do all types of sports. I’ve been competing in motorsports most of my life, since a few years I have been boxing and I’m also a frequent runner/swimmer. Outside of that I like to spend my time in nature, this was a big reason for my choice to go on exchange to Oslo. I would describe myself as calm, easygoing, adventurous, trustworthy and helpful. I value privacy for myself and my housemates, but am always open to socializing and doing things together! I prefer living in a clean environment and am very open to helping with household tasks.
