Hello! My name is Marta, I’m 24 years old and I’m looking for a long-term rental to live in with my partner. We’re both Spanish; I have a degree in Business Administration and Management, and my partner, Xabier, who is 25, has a degree in Social Work.
We’ve been living in Oslo since this past January and are currently both working as waiters on permanent contracts, which gives us a stable income and means we always pay our rent on time.
As tenants, we’re very quiet, tidy and take good care of the flat. We don’t smoke and we don’t have any pets. We have a great relationship with our current landlord; the reason we’re moving is that he wants to sell the flat. However, we have an excellent letter of recommendation written by him, which we’d be more than happy to share with our future landlord!!
