Hei,
My name is John. I am 45 years old. I am an international student. I missed the deadline of applying to SiS (studentskipnaden i stavanger), if I applied by the deadline I could get a room, but unfortunately I missed it. I was a student at Stavanger university at a bachelor program and I stopped my study for a period and now the I am coming back to finish it.
I need a long term rental for 1 year or more.

I see that you put a condition for the age of persons who would live in this housing (A lower age limit of 18 years and an upper limit of 30 years has been set)
But can you make an exception for my case and consider it as human case and accept me. Actually I felt comfort when I saw the photos of the place. By the way I lived with persons from age 18 - 45 in a dorm owned by studentskipnaden i stavanger and it went very fine. I lived also in a student home belongs to a bible school where the age of the persons there from 18 - 45 and went very fine.
I can speak English and Norwegian.
